Physical Characteristics

 The leaf is sun-cured and fermented in bulks for a period of 25-35 days
by breaking and remaking the bulks 6-7 times. It is graded based on the length
and blemish of the leaf. The leaf is light to medium in body and
brown in colour, mild pungency.
